The list runs to house creations including The Knight, made with tequila, mezcal, Benedictine, spice and vermouth, the Aronia with vodka, Italicus and fresh berries, and The Fan with bourbon, Fernet Branca and egg white. Dark wood and low lighting shape a room a few steps from the medieval fortifications.
