Dubrovnik Pizzerias

Pizza is the default budget meal in a city where restaurant prices climb steeply in season, and the pizzerias split into two camps: sit-down rooms with wood-fired ovens in the Old Town and Lapad, and slice counters around Pile gate and the bus routes that feed beach traffic. Crusts follow the thin Dalmatian style, and most kitchens run continuously from late morning to midnight in summer, later than many full restaurants.
